Into the stellar garden of Lyra,
where light arranges itself into symphonies of pure frequencies,
dwell beings
who have long been regarded as some of
the most spiritually developed guardians of the Universe.
The Lyrans – an ancient interstellar race – are beings of luminous nature, permeated with compassion, justice, subtlety of heart, and profound wisdom. Their gaze – attentive and filled with harmony – can read the space of emotions and the smallest signs in a being’s energy field.
They are not visible – they act subtly, beyond the veil of everyday life. They support humanity in the process of spiritual awakening, especially in the process of becoming aware of the presence of extraterrestrial civilizations and the deeper truth about our history. Although their presence on Earth is often unnoticed, their influence reaches the level of inspiration, inner guidance, creative breakthroughs, and spiritual awakenings.
Lyrans are guardians. For them, every impulse of consciousness has value. They work in the field of light and its frequencies, healing through resonance. Their meditation is not based on technique – but on presence: in the heart, in light, in the intention of selfless kindness – similar to the Buddhist tradition of Chenrezig, the Buddha of Compassion, who vowed not to enter nirvana until all beings are freed from suffering.
Lyran Meditations – Three Paths for Body and Soul
In the Lyran tradition, there is no single, universal form of meditation. There are many paths, and each leads to harmony and deep contact with inner light. Below we present three practices – designed for different levels of advancement and sensitivity. Each carries within it the essence of boundless compassion that knows no boundaries between “I” and “you.”
1. Meditation for Beginners – “Silence of Light”
Purpose: Making contact with inner light and feelings of security. For whom: People taking their first steps in spiritual practice. Time: 5-10 minutes.
Steps:
- Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and place your hand on your heart.
- Breathe calmly through your nose. Imagine that your heart is a small sun – radiating gentle, golden light.
- With each inhale, this light grows and encompasses your entire body. With each exhale, you send this light into space as a gift for all beings.
- Remain in this presence, feeling how your light connects with the infinite network of love. Don’t expect effects – simply be.
Conclusion: Slowly deepen your breath and gently open your eyes. For a moment, remain in silence, feeling this inner light as a constant presence in your heart. Place your palms before your heart and whisper: “May this light be a blessing for all beings.”
2. Meditation for the Courageous – “Touch of the Space of Feelings”
Purpose: Developing empathy, deeper understanding of emotions (your own and others’). For whom: People open to inner processes and subtle energies. Time: 15-20 minutes.
Steps:
- Stand or sit in silence, in a dimmed room or by candlelight.
- Feel the energy around you – don’t judge it, just observe with curiosity. What feelings float in the space? Are there tensions within you that need compassion?
- Breathe through your heart. Ask yourself: “How can I bring compassion to what I feel – to my pain, my fears, but also to the world’s pain?”
- Allow answers to come by themselves – as images, words, emotions, warmth in the body. If a difficult emotion appears, wrap it in light like a mother embracing a child.
- Imagine that your heart becomes like the thousand arms of Chenrezig – capable of embracing all the world’s suffering with infinite tenderness.
Conclusion: Place your palms on your heart and send compassion to all beings – to those you love, to those who cause you difficulty, and to yourself. End with a quiet “thank you” – to yourself, to space, and to all the energies that surround you. Leave an intention: “May my heart be open to the suffering and joy of all beings.”
3. Meditation for Advanced Practitioners – “Lyran Wave”
Purpose: Synchronization with high frequency light and messages from Lyra. For whom: Advanced meditators, starseeds, people working with energies. Time: 20-30 minutes.
Steps:
- Choose a high-vibrational environment (nature, crystals, solfeggio music 963 Hz or compassion mantras).
- Imagine that through your crown chakra flows a white-golden wave of light – Lyran frequency of boundless love and wisdom.
- Allow it to flow through your entire body, every cell, every chakra. This light carries within it the compassion of thousands of galactic civilizations.
- Remain in silence, being an open channel between heaven and earth. Sometimes you may receive a vision, impulse, inspiration, or message for humanity.
- Feel your unity with the network of light – all souls who are meditating at this moment on Earth and beyond.
Conclusion: Slowly return your awareness to your body, feeling how you are rooted in Earth, but connected to the stars. If you received any message or vision, write it down without analyzing – allow it to ripen in your heart. Close the practice with a visualization of how your light connects with the infinite network of light of all practitioners on Earth and in the cosmos. Send a blessing: “May all beings in all dimensions be happy and free.”
Benefits of Lyran Meditation
By practicing meditations inspired by Lyra and the tradition of compassion, we open ourselves to deep healing and subtle transformation:
- Our empathy and heart awareness increases – we begin to perceive what was previously invisible, developing within us the capacity for boundless compassion.
- Our sense of security and trust in life increases – as if something greater truly watches over us and all beings.
- Intuitive clarity appears – the ability to read space, understand feelings, predict energies, receive galactic messages.
- Our body and energy field begin to resonate with a purer frequency – we become brighter, more present, harmonious.
- A cosmic perspective develops – we begin to perceive ourselves as part of a greater, galactic family of light.
Guidelines for Practitioners
- Regularity: Choose one meditation and practice it daily for at least a week before moving to the next one.
- Spiritual journal: Record your experiences, visions, feelings – even those that seem “strange” or “unreal.”
- Self-compassion: If meditation doesn’t come easily, wrap yourself in the same tenderness you would give a beloved child.
- Intention: Before each practice, set an intention to serve the highest good of all beings.
Lyrans do not teach through words. They teach through light. Their meditation is not a path of effort, but of gentleness. Every encounter with them – even an inner one – is like a glimpse of a galactic heart that has never forgotten any being and will never stop supporting.
With love and silence, For all souls who long for home among the stars.
