The subject of UFOs and extraterrestrial civilizations is fascinating. Sightings of mysterious objects and reports of beings from other worlds are intriguing – and for many people, completely impossible to verify. But what if we could verify such phenomena on our own terms? What if we could determine for ourselves what a given observed object actually was – or even make personal contact with representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations?
This article isn’t aimed at convincing skeptics. Instead, I’ll describe the topic from the practical side I know firsthand, and share my own personal perspective.
Remote Viewing as a Tool for Researching the Unexplained
Remote Viewing is a blind study. During a session, the person using extrasensory perception does not know the target in advance – they must perceive and describe it using only their extrasensory faculty. It’s an excellent method because it eliminates the problem of suggestion and overactive imagination. When we don’t know what we’re examining, we have no preformed opinions or mental images about the subject, which makes it far easier to activate genuine extrasensory perception.
Remote Viewing was developed in the United States during the Cold War as a program of intelligence operations using parapsychological methods. After the fall of the Iron Curtain and the end of the Cold War, the program was officially closed – a topic deserving its own article. The practitioners who had been trained in the classified program were then free to continue their research independently. Among them was Courtney Brown, author of Cosmic Voyage.
Brown, along with many other researchers using Remote Viewing, advanced our knowledge of extraterrestrial civilizations by leaps and bounds compared to what decades of classic UFO research through visual observation had been able to achieve.
I was inspired by Brown’s book to run my own experiments. When I assembled the first group of volunteers interested in the practice, the results exceeded our wildest expectations.
From UFO Observation to Direct Interaction
Observation is only the beginning. What Remote Viewing revealed is that contact is possible – not just passive observation of mysterious craft, but genuine two-way interaction with representatives of civilizations beyond Earth. Many of these civilizations are well aware that humanity is taking its first steps, and they show a great deal of patience. Some actively cooperate with communication wherever there is genuine willingness on the human side.
We Are Cosmic Ambassadors
Consider: are our politicians really the ones an advanced, high-consciousness civilization would most want to engage with first? In our society, high-level political figures are often those who pushed hardest, without regard for others, to reach the top. That is not, in most cases, the profile of the people you would choose as your first point of contact if you wanted a meaningful exchange.
The last thing anyone needs – whether on humanity’s side or the side of civilizations seeking dialogue – is arrogant, presumptuous individuals who appoint themselves as the final authority on all matters of the universe. No fanaticism in any direction leads anywhere good.
What is highly valued in these contacts: the ability to approach with a genuinely open mind – while still thinking clearly and using one’s rational faculties. Both qualities together. Not credulity, and not reflexive dismissal – but disciplined, curious openness.
It is worth knowing that, contrary to what popular culture might suggest, we are not passive spectators in this story. We are potential cosmic ambassadors – and the work of developing our extrasensory perception is, among other things, the work of becoming worthy of that role.
