The topic of UFOs and extraterrestrial civilizations is fascinating. Observations of mysterious objects, and reports of various beings arriving from other worlds, are both intriguing and – for many people – completely impossible to verify.
But what if we could verify such phenomena on our own? What if we could personally determine what a given observed object actually was – and even establish personal contact with representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations?
This article is not intended to prove these possibilities to skeptics. Instead, I’ll focus on describing the subject from the practical side I know firsthand, and share my personal perspective on the matter.
Extraterrestrial Civilizations and the Potential of Remote Viewing
I have always been fascinated by human consciousness and the perceptual capacities of the human mind. Extrasensory perception permanently became part of my life when, in the second half of the 1990s, I first spontaneously experienced the phenomenon known as OOBE – Out-of-Body Experience. My initial desire to understand what had happened to me led me to devote serious attention to research on human perception, and in particular to the ability of extrasensory perception and other phenomena of the mind’s extraordinary power.
Within that search, the topic of Remote Viewing captured my interest above all – a specialized method of activating and utilizing extrasensory perception that employs what is known as blind targeting. During a session, the person using extrasensory perception does not know the target in advance and must perceive and describe it through that perception alone. It is an excellent method precisely because it eliminates suggestion and overactive imagination. When we don’t know what we’re studying, we have no pre-formed opinions or mental images about the subject – which makes it far easier to activate genuine extrasensory perception.
Remote Viewing was developed in the United States during the Cold War as a concept for intelligence operations using parapsychic methods. After the fall of the Iron Curtain and the end of the Cold War, the program was officially closed – a story that deserves its own separate telling – but crucially, many of its participants were able to speak publicly about their experiences and began sharing their knowledge. This is how the topic of initially classified US military intelligence protocols utilizing extrasensory perception entered public awareness.
One of the many aspects of Remote Viewing research that arose naturally outside the military program was the discovery that Remote Viewing can be used to gather information about UFOs, to understand their nature, and to observe representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations. Since in Remote Viewing the observer perceives through the intention of observing a given designated target – neither time nor space presents any barrier.
Of course, some hardline scientists – and even some UFO researchers oriented toward a purely materialistic approach, dismissing the existence of extrasensory perception – reject the entire subject outright. But those who engage with it as practitioners have arrived at many fascinating observations and conclusions.
I too, as someone always drawn to practice and preferring to test theories empirically, began Remote Viewing research in this area. As far as I know, I was the only person in Poland doing so. This was approximately 20 years ago, when I gathered the first group of volunteers interested in the practice. The results far exceeded our most ambitious expectations. The experiments were inspired by Courtney Brown and his book Cosmic Voyage. Brown and many other Remote Viewing researchers have advanced knowledge of extraterrestrial civilizations by miles compared to what decades of classical UFO research through visual observation had managed to achieve.
From Observing UFOs to Interacting with Them
Observation alone, however, is not everything – it is only the beginning.
It turned out that many representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations are capable of interacting with observers. In other words, extrasensory perception gives us not only the ability to perceive, but also – when properly developed – the ability to communicate.
This is a subject as fascinating as it is, for some, unwelcome. While certain scientists and governments have sought a tool for “monitoring” alien civilizations, not everyone feels ready to accept the possibility that at this level we can actually communicate and enter into genuine interaction – and even more so, that virtually any human being can do it.
Of course, it’s not as simple as just wanting it and it happening – especially when we consider that such contacts carry significant responsibility and venture into vast unknowns. Representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations, for the most part, seem to understand that humanity is taking its very first steps in this domain, and in many cases they demonstrate great patience. Furthermore, some civilizations actively cooperate in matters of communication wherever such willingness arises on the part of humans.
We – Cosmic Ambassadors and Diplomats
Think about it. Are our politicians really the ones with whom an advanced civilization of high consciousness would first want to make contact? In our society, high-ranking politicians are often those who pushed their way to the top without regard for others – and these are not the people a highly developed being would regard as competent, let alone as having the right to speak on behalf of all of humanity.
This is precisely why many civilizations quietly establish private contacts on Earth – with those who are genuinely interested in such relationships and who are simultaneously capable of maintaining discretion where it is needed.
How to Become a Cosmic Diplomat and Ambassador
First and foremost, one must develop extrasensory perception abilities to a level that permits such contacts. But one must also be prepared ethically, in terms of knowledge, and in terms of consciousness.
There is no shortage of rash individuals whose ego and limited awareness tell them they are certainly ready for such experiences and know everything there is to know. Yet an unprepared person without proper guidance can run into serious problems if they don’t control the process of perception and contact – if they don’t truly understand what they are doing. Naivety always attracts those who will exploit it. Building consciousness and self-awareness is therefore an absolute necessity on the path to genuine, high-quality contact – whether with other people in daily life or with representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations.
Also valuable is the ability to be a neutral observer – because the last thing anyone needs, whether on humanity’s side or on the side of extraterrestrial civilizations wishing to establish dialogue, is boastful, presumptuous individuals who consider themselves the final authority on all matters concerning the universe. No fanaticism, in any direction, leads anywhere good. The ability to approach with an open mind while continuing to think clearly and use sound judgment – that is a highly desirable quality in such contacts.
One must also understand that contrary to what was expected at the outset of Remote Viewing research – it is not always merely passive, one-way observation. To maintain that level of passivity, one must actively work toward it, and a significant part of RV training involves learning to maintain neutrality. The selection of research targets remains critically important. What we encounter and “feel” in Remote Viewing matters – especially for those who are new and not yet trained in maintaining neutrality. It is wise to focus on researching things whose contact will be beneficial or neutral, and to leave undisturbed the exploration of dark corners of reality when it is not absolutely necessary. Making responsible decisions about which regions we venture our consciousness into is essential – because what we explore becomes part of our experience and can influence us. This is also why an experienced guide is so important: someone who knows and understands the subject and can determine what the group practices and on what level their skills develop, ensuring meaningful progress without unnecessary risk.
Remote Viewing applied to the question of extraterrestrial life reveals a universe in which conscious beings can – through consciousness alone – communicate with each other. This is a discovery that completely shifts the perspective on reality and opens up enormous possibilities.
