Self-knowledge – or what we call self-awareness: an understanding of who we are and what we hold within ourselves, through what prisms we perceive reality, what we are capable of, what possibilities lie within us – is the very foundation of any path of development and genuine self-realization.

If you want to feel fulfilled in life, to achieve your goals and express your full potential, the foundation for all of it is knowing and understanding yourself. Only by truly knowing and understanding ourselves can we realistically begin to think about understanding the people around us and the world at large.

In my work, I teach – among other things – the techniques of extrasensory perception using the Remote Viewing method, developed according to my own refined approach, extended by work on many dimensions of perception and self-observation.
Developing extrasensory perception abilities might seem to have little to do with personal development in everyday life – for example in the professional sphere or in close relationships. When we think of extrasensory perception, we don’t usually think first of self-awareness and self-knowledge; rather, we tend to focus on the idea of discovering what lies beyond ourselves.

And yet – in order to learn extrasensory perception, to become capable of receiving subtle, intuitive signals – the very first thing we must learn is self-observation: the ability to notice ourselves. Paradoxically, learning to perceive beyond oneself through extrasensory perception is grounded in the ability to observe oneself inwardly and to distinguish which signals arrive through a genuine sixth sense – and which are products of the mind and its own internal processes.

Already during the Cold War, during the first military experiments conducted by American and Russian intelligence services – when the foundations of Remote Viewing methods were being developed and optimized for effectiveness and objectivity – an undesired side effect was noted from the military’s perspective. That side effect was the accelerated development of consciousness in those who practiced extrasensory perception. Although official accounts gladly skip over this aspect, it is widely known that many Remote Viewers over time began to manifest aspirations extending far beyond the execution of missions. As they discovered their own abilities and gained deeper self-knowledge and understanding of the world around them, some RVers became significantly more spiritualized – their worldview and value system evolved, moving beyond being a merely obedient, unquestioning cog in the machine. A significant portion of these individuals, after the termination and partial declassification of the military program, devoted themselves to sharing their knowledge and inspiring change for the better. They are likely bound to keep certain secrets for life – but their example demonstrates clearly: practicing perception affects overall consciousness development. And practicing perception in the super-range – that is, extrasensory perception – affects the development of superconsciousness, granting intuitive insight into many inspiring and breakthrough dimensions of reality.

It turns out, then, that one of the most powerful methods of personal and spiritual development – one that teaches deep self-awareness and true awareness of reality – is devoting serious attention to the subject of perception.

Perception – how we see reality, including ourselves; through what inner prism we observe it; the ability to notice that prism; the ability to observe our own inner process and the contents of our mind, our subconscious, our emotional landscape – all that we carry within us – this is precisely what teaches us to genuinely recognize the subtle signals of the sixth sense.

If you want to grow – know yourself.
To know yourself – devote attention to perception.

Through this work, you will learn how to distinguish genuine, valuable information arriving through extrasensory intuition from your own interpretation of reality and from your own internal thought processes. This will open before you an entirely new spectrum of possibilities for development and self-realization.
Only when we are able to truly Perceive – will we be able to use the knowledge and power that surrounds us.

If the development of extrasensory perception in the context of growing consciousness and self-knowledge has sparked your interest, this is a path worth exploring through dedicated, guided practice led by someone with deep experience in the field.
